The supersex love egg arrives packaged in a small, discrete, simple but well designed box as you would expect from the Tracey Cox range (pictured above). It is not immediately obvious to the untrained eye what the box contains, which is what I like about this packaging in regards to long term storage purposes as it does not arrive with its own storage pouch. If like me you have a child/children that like to explore your bedroom contents this is ideal (no awkward questions from curious little ones). This is also easy to disguise with a little wrapping paper or gift bag if you're buying this as a gift for your partner.

The egg and remote are designed with a very stylish black and chrome finish making it very pleasing to the eye and it is made from plastic so it's ridged with a smooth covering that is silky to the touch.
The egg itself is just the right size to fit snugly inside you and is easily inserted and removed via the attached cord, the remote is simple to use also with just two buttons (clearly labelled as you can see in the picture above), one to turn the power on and off and the other to skip through its seven speeds and pulse patterns.

Summary
I have been wanting to give one of these love eggs ago for quite sometime and when this was put on offer on the lovehoney website I just had to give this a go!
Myself and my partner were very keen to try this out and did so upon its arrival, we were hoping after testing this out in the bedroom that we might be able to use it elsewhere as a little bit of private fun between the two of us when we were out and about in public or in a restaurant etc.. but sadly, it is just not suitable for that purpose due to how loud it is and it is pretty loud! not at all what we were expecting and certainly not discrete enough to be used in a public place, although sufficient enough for private bedroom fun.
Given how noisy this is I was expecting the vibrations to be quite powerful but sadly that just isn't the case. There is not much power in the vibrations at all, even on the highest setting and they really didn't do anything for me, the range for the remote is very limited as well.
This is not a toy I would recommend, I feel it is over priced and over rated and I could not relate to the hype given in previous reviews of this product.
Of course it could just be that this type of toy is just not to my taste and could very well bring others pleasure but I feel I wasted my money on this one and I am relieved I did not pay the full price for it.

However, having said that I would be happy for other manufacturers of similar products to prove to me that this is not always the case and that their products are much better designed for their purpose.
